MAIS AI Agency is based in Porto and works with companies of 10 to 100 people in Portugal, the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe. We build AI agents and process automation, and we start by finding out what the manual version costs.
Why we exist
The gap is rarely the technology
Helberth Malta founded MAIS after years of automation work in which the same pattern kept repeating: the technology was available, affordable and well documented, and the project still failed. What was missing was the bridge between the tool and how the business actually runs.
That is the work we do. It is why our first deliverable is a number rather than a demo, and why our audits regularly rule out more processes than they recommend.
Helberth leads strategy, solution design and the client relationship from first call to delivery. A small team of developers specialised in automation, APIs and systems integration builds the work.

We map the process before choosing a tool. Half the projects we are asked to quote turn out to need a different process, not software.
We deliver hours, not technology
The deliverable is time recovered, enquiries answered and cost removed. An impressive demo that changes no number is a cost.
