These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website maisaiagency.com, as well as the contracting of services provided by MAIS AI Agency.

By using this website, you accept these terms in full.

MAIS AI Agency provides:

• AI consulting and process audits
• Development and implementation of AI agents
• Business process automation
• Training, workshops and mentoring in AI
• Development of web applications and dashboards

Services are provided under a specific commercial proposal, accepted by the client.

Free assessment sessions last 30 minutes and serve as an initial evaluation. They do not constitute a commitment to contract by either party.

All content on this website, including text, images, design, code and the MAIS AI brand, is the property of MAIS AI Agency and is protected by copyright.

The M.A.I.S. Method is a proprietary methodology of MAIS AI Agency.

MAIS AI Agency makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions.

Savings estimates shown in the ROI calculator are indicative and based on market averages. Actual results vary with the circumstances of each company.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. MAIS AI Agency is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

MAIS AI Agency offers a results guarantee on its automation and AI implementation services: time recovered within 90 days, or your investment back.

How it works:

• During the initial assessment we agree with the client which time metrics will be measured, for example hours spent on specific tasks, response time to customers, or document processing time.
• Those metrics are documented as a baseline before implementation.
• For the 90 days following delivery we monitor the same metrics and compare them against the baseline.
• If there is no measurable reduction in the agreed metrics, the client is entitled to a full refund of the project investment.

Conditions:

• The guarantee applies to automation, AI agent and process audit projects.
• It does not apply to strategic consulting, training or mentoring, whose output is not directly measurable in operational time.
• The client must cooperate in collecting baseline data and in post-implementation monitoring.
• The guarantee assumes the delivered system is in active use by the client's team.
• A refund request must be submitted by email before the end of the 90-day period.

If the automation does not save your team measurable time, we do not deserve to be paid for it.

Payment terms are set out in each individual commercial proposal. Unless stated otherwise:

• 50% is invoiced at the start of the project
• 50% is invoiced on delivery
• Recurring services are invoiced monthly

We invoice in euros. For business clients established outside Portugal but within the European Union, the reverse charge mechanism applies where the client provides a valid VAT identification number.

The client may cancel contracted services with 15 days' notice. Work already carried out will be invoiced proportionally.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, including for clients established outside Portugal. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
