Social media content generated with AI

An editorial calendar drafted in minutes. The AI writes, a person approves or rejects, and the workflow publishes what was approved.

The problem

Social media eats the hours and the page still goes quiet.

Most small companies know they should be posting and have nobody whose job it is. The result is posts in bursts, then weeks of silence, and a page that tells a visitor the business is dormant when it is not.

An agency is a monthly fee. Doing it in house takes the time of the person who already has none. Process automation sits between the two: the drafting is automated, the judgement stays with a person.

The flow

How it works, step by step

01

A scheduled trigger starts the run

Daily or weekly, at the hour you choose.

02

The AI drafts from your pillars

Using the content themes and tone defined once.

03

The draft goes for approval

To Telegram, with approve, edit or discard.

04

If approved, it is published

Through the API of each network.

05

Performance is recorded

So the next drafts can be steered by what worked.

Walkthrough

The build in detail

01

Defining tone and pillars

You start by writing down the content pillars of the business (teaching, behind the scenes, offers, customer stories) and the tone. This is the step people skip, and it is the one that decides whether the output is usable.

02

The drafting prompt

The model receives the chosen pillar, the tone and the length limits of each network, and returns the text plus a suggestion for the image.

03

The human checkpoint

Nothing is published without approval. The draft arrives in Telegram with approve, edit and discard. This is deliberate: the cost of an automated post that misreads the moment is higher than the time saved.

04

Publishing

Once approved, n8n publishes through the Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn API, depending on the channels you use.

05

Reading the numbers back

After a day and after a week the workflow collects the engagement figures into a sheet. That table is what tells you which pillar is worth repeating.
