AI agency in Lisbon
AI agency in Lisbon
We work with companies in Lisbon from Porto, remotely, travelling when a phase of the project calls for it. What changes from city to city is not the technology, it is the kind of company that comes to us.

The question
How do you choose an AI agency in Lisbon?
Choosing an AI agency in Lisbon comes down to four checks, and none of them is the address. They are worth more than putting proposals side by side.
- 1
Ask to see a system running, not a prototype. An agent in production has a history of conversations, a record of its failures and someone accountable when it breaks at three in the morning.
- 2
Confirm which systems the agency integrates with. If the agent cannot read your CRM or your management software, it is a chatbot with fixed answers and it will be switched off within two months.
- 3
Ask what happens when the AI does not know. The right answer is that it hands over to a person with the context of the conversation, not that it improvises.
- 4
Ask for the monthly running cost, separately from the build cost. Language models are charged by usage, and a proposal that leaves that out is hiding the second year of invoices.
The business landscape of Lisbon
Who comes to us in Lisbon
Lisbon holds most of the head offices in the country and, with them, the kind of operation that handles a high volume of enquiries: law firms, private clinics, estate agencies, hospitality and professional services. It also has the highest density of companies running international teams, which is why it is where most of our English enquiries come from.
We also work with companies in Cascais and in Sintra, which fall within the same trip, and the office is in Porto.
Law firms
First contact triage and booking, in firms where reception sits with one or two people.
Clinics and private healthcare
Booking, rescheduling and confirmation without going through the front desk. It gives no clinical advice.
Estate agencies
Qualifying by property type, area and budget before the conversation reaches an agent.
Hospitality and tourism
Answering enquiries that arrive from several time zones, in Portuguese and in English.
What actually comes up
Common situations in Lisbon
Missed calls in offices with one point of contact
Law firms and clinics in Lisbon concentrate reception in one or two people. At peak hours the call that goes unanswered rarely comes back: someone looking for a lawyer or an appointment simply rings the next name on the list.
Answering in two languages without doubling the team
A substantial share of the contacts reaching companies in Lisbon arrives in English. One agent answers in both languages from the same source content, so nobody is hired for the language alone.
Portal leads that go cold overnight
In estate agency and professional services the enquiry arrives from a portal or a form outside working hours. The first reply decides most of these cases, and it lands the following morning.
How we work
Working with companies in Lisbon
Lisbon is where most of our enquiries come from after Porto, almost always from companies that already work with distributed teams. The project runs remotely from end to end, and there is rarely anything that a visit would settle better.
On-site visit
When it is justified, it is during the initial assessment, to watch how enquiries are handled at peak hours. Beyond that it adds little to what a video call establishes.
Remote work
Weekly follow-up, test runs with the agent and adjustments are done over video. It is shared-screen work, and a three-hour drive does not improve it.
The work runs remotely, which is how we prefer it and how these systems are built and maintained. When there is a technical reason to be on site, that is a technical visit: quoted separately and agreed in advance, in any area. The office is at R. da Constituição 1465, 4250-168 Porto. We do not have an office in Lisbon, and we would rather say so than open a token address.
